Mypex — Delete your account

In force since October 13, 2026. For Mypex players on Android, iOS, Windows, macOS, Linux and in the browser. See also the Privacy Policy.

In short. You can delete your account yourself, right in the game: Profile → Delete account. Deletion will happen after 14 days, and on any day before that you can cancel it simply by signing in to the game with your password. After that period the account, progress and balances are erased and cannot be restored. Platinum is erased together with the account and is not refunded. If you cannot use the app, write to myadex@yandex.ru.

1. Deleting in the app

Open Mypex and choose the "Profile" tab in the main menu.
Press "Delete account" in the account block.
Enter your password. A sign-in saved on the device is deliberately not enough: this way someone who picks up your unlocked phone cannot delete the account. If the account has no password (it was created by signing in through Telegram), press "No password? Confirm via Telegram" instead and confirm the sign-in in the Mypex bot; this works only for accounts without a password.
The game will show what will be deleted, including your remaining platinum. Type the word DELETE and press the red button.
The game will state the date of deletion and sign you out of the server and of all remembered devices.

Changed your mind? On any day before that date, sign in to the game: with your password or, if there is no password, through Telegram. The game will tell you in words that the deletion has been cancelled. After the date, the account cannot be restored.

2. The app is not at hand

Write to myadex@yandex.ru with the subject "Delete Mypex account" and your nickname. Do the same if you forgot your password, deleted the app, or the account has neither a password nor a linked Telegram (then the app has nothing to confirm with). We may ask you to prove that the account is yours: to write from the linked Telegram or to name an order number. A person reviews such requests; we complete the deletion within 30 days after verification, and the table below applies in the same way.

3. What is deleted and what remains

Deleted	Account: nickname (it will become free for other players), password hash, tokens of remembered devices, Telegram link, registration and sign-in dates. Progress and settings: inventory, items, homes, personal chest, quests, pass progress, statistics, cosmetics, friends and marriage, clan membership and role, chat settings. Balances: in-game coins and platinum (erased, no refund), as well as the account's ranks and perks. Addresses: the account's IP address history on the game server. Requests to us: bug reports, ideas, staff applications and video links sent through the website.
Remains, and why	Penalty records (bans, mutes, warnings, moderation notes): for the duration of the penalty, permanent bans forever. Otherwise deleting an account would be a way to evade a ban. Payment records (order number, amount, date, status): 3 years, for accounting, taxes and refunds. In the game's log the record still contains the nickname under which you paid; in the order list on the website the nickname is replaced by a code. We never have card details. Blocks you built: they remain in the world. The world data holds no owner names, so they are no longer tied to you. Chat and logs: what you wrote in the public chat was seen by other players and is part of their conversation: we cannot take it back, and moderation logs in which it is quoted are not rewritten. Technical server logs (IP addresses, request times) are not erased when an account is deleted and are not rewritten on request. Deletion log: it says "an account was deleted at such-and-such a time" and holds a short irreversible hash of the nickname, not the nickname itself; it is needed to answer the question "was I deleted?".

Deleted

4. When the game answers "not yet"

The game states the reason in words. Deletion is refused while:

the account has a staff role (first ask us to remove it);
a ban is in force (deletion does not lift it; try again when it ends);
you own a clan (hand the clan over to another player or disband it);
you have a lot on the auction, including an expired one that has not been collected (take your lots down in /ah my and repeat the request);
a purchase is not complete or the platinum balance is negative after a refund;
a deletion request was already made in the last 24 hours.

5. Timing

Day 0 — you confirm in the app. You are signed out of the server everywhere, and the account is marked.
Day 0–14 — the account still exists. Signing in with your password (or through Telegram, if there is no password) cancels the deletion.
Day 14 — the game server erases its part (progress, balances, account). The part in the website database (password, Telegram link, requests through the website) follows immediately after and no later than 30 days from the day of the request. Until it is finished, the nickname stays taken.
