Google Play beta test
The Android app is in closed testing. We'll find you a tester group that still has open spots.
MYPEX on Android
The Android app is currently in a Google Play closed test. While the test is closed, only test participants can install it.
Don't want to wait? Play without installing. Open play.mypex.net in the browser on your phone or computer. At the bottom of the site's home page there is a "Play" button. If you are not signed in yet, "Sign in" stands at the top in its place: sign in, and it will change to "Play".
How to join the closed test
-
Join the testers group
Open the Google group and press "Join group". If joining is by approval, wait until you are accepted.

-
Press "Become a tester"
Open the test page and press "Become a tester". Only after that go to Google Play and install the app.

-
Open Google Play with the same account
Use the same Google account you joined the group with. If your phone has several accounts, switch the account in Google Play (the profile icon at the top right).

Still getting "File not found"?
Wait a bit: access does not appear right away. You can also clear the Google Play app's cache: in your phone's settings open "Apps" → "Google Play" → "Storage" → "Clear cache" (the names of the items depend on the phone).
Why Google Play says "File not found"
This happens when the account the link was opened from has not yet become a tester. The closed-test listing is visible only to participants; for everyone else the app's page seems not to exist. This is not a malfunction: just follow the steps above and open Google Play under the right account.
