What we're working on now
This is what isn't in the game yet. Some of it is almost done, some is only just starting. We don't promise dates: we'll tell you when it shows up in the game.
Swarm — finishing it for release
The main job right now is the new “Swarm” mode. In it you gather a swarm of tiny monsters, they bring you pollen from flower fields, and you turn it into honey and grow your swarm further. We explained how it works in the notes from October 27–28 and from October 29.

The mode is already playable from start to finish, and we run around in it a lot ourselves. Left to do before release:
- fix what we found while playing: the controls sometimes reset, and some buttons in the hive window don't respond to taps;
- put the archipelago map on the zone pages and add a “Handbook” to the menu — with search, and mobs you haven't met yet will show as a “???” silhouette;
- spread the shops across the zones, so different places sell different tools and bags;
- make ability effects pixelated like the rest of the game, and teach the residents to move properly.
When Swarm comes out, the mode selection window you see when you join will get a third card — next to “Survival” and “Anarchy”.
The iPhone and Android app
The iPhone and iPad version is built and waiting to be sent to the App Store. Before sending it we're making new screenshots for the app page — with Swarm: the game has changed a lot since the last ones. The Android version is currently in a closed beta on Google Play.
Stations and mechanisms in Anarchy
Crafting stations and the first mechanisms — the Tuner, the Route, the Picker and the Furnace Feeder — have been in the game since the evening of October 26. Now we're growing them: mechanisms will get their own station, the Mechanism Workshop, and the stations themselves will cost more to craft, so building one is a real task and not a trifle. The rest of the machines in the plan come next.

Done and coming in the next update
This is ready and waiting for the next update:
- The “Rest Stop” prologue gets clearer: a tree, planks, the Workbench, your own house, crafting stations, spawn — and back home. The bottles for your first mix are handed to you right at the pouring step.
- The Mechanism Workshop and new station prices.
- Sign in with VK — it will start working once we connect it on VK's side.
- Touch control settings on phones.
- Wings only spread if you fall at least two blocks, and by “waving” — tilting your view up and down — you can fly further and gain height.
- The side arrows of the crossbow volley become ghostly: they can't be picked up and they vanish quickly.
- Voice chat: less delay, and if your microphone is silent the screen will say “you can't be heard”.
- Candles, coral and about seventy other blocks that were placed invisible become visible, and you'll be able to climb scaffolding.
- Water puts out lava and burning mobs, and stained glass panes will render correctly.
- Another player hanging in the air will stop “jumping” on the spot, and the loading screen will stop freezing.
- In the “Events” window identical stashes are grouped into one row, and item descriptions show up in color.
- On computers the game stops holding the audio device when it has nothing to play — and the system sound won't stutter.
