Swarm is out
On October 30 Swarm opened to everyone: when you log in, you now choose between Swarm and Anarchy. You collect a swarm of little monsters, they carry pollen from the flower fields, the pollen turns into honey, and honey grows your swarm. We told you how we built it at the start and later on. Here is what changed right before release.
Your swarm fights where you can see it
It used to be hard to tell whether the monsters were hitting a boss at all: they circled around you as if busy with something else. Now the swarm flies at the enemy and strikes in turn, with a flash, and the damage numbers appear right where the hit lands. Treasure chests and feeders finally open with a click, too.

Rare monsters are worth it
A legendary monster is now stronger than a golden common one: ×30 against ×26, and the card says outright how many times more it gathers. Your tool no longer lags behind the swarm: a swing brings in no less than the monsters do. Monsters got colour badges, and when you have too many of them, the “Merge all” button in the hive saves the day.
Events call you themselves
Events used to be easy to miss. Now, a minute before the start, a card with a countdown and a “Follow” button appears on screen. And the “Events” window has a “Schedule”: you can see what is on now and what comes next.
What we fixed in the first days
- Your storage now holds 10,000 monsters instead of 300, and the hive opens even with a huge collection.
- Each Clutch gets more expensive only from your own purchases of that Clutch, not by itself.
- Gathering quests no longer ask for a silly 150 pollen in exchange for a huge reward: the targets went up.
- A boss at zero on its health bar now actually dies.
- You can place a planter right on the field, with a tile on the screen.
- In the browser on tablets and phones, tapping a resident now works.
- We fixed logging in and loading in the Safari browser.
- In Swarm you can report a player and hide them, and then you won't hear them in chat or in voice.
- In Anarchy, the amounts “100 000”, “100.000” and “100,000” no longer turn into a hundred coins: that goes for /pay, the auction and bounties.
