A new spawn, beds and beautiful fire
We didn't clean up the old Anarchy spawn map — we built a new one: with islands in the sky, bridges and waterfalls. Also, the bed got a headboard, fire got tongues of flame, and players got “Report player” and “Hide player” buttons.
Spawn from scratch
The new spawn map was built by our generator: islands in the sky, bridges between them, waterfalls, fountains and rocky ridges. The portal to the wild world is a round shaft with a vortex and an arrow. The fighting pit moved to its own island. The lettering over the plaza got bigger and shimmers, and the old signs and extra helpers are gone.

The NPCs on the plaza got their own models: the Auctioneer, the Shop and the Experience Exchanger, the Crafting Master, Daily rewards, the Gods' Shop, the Herald Toad and others. Each has their own clothes and an item in hand, a label above, and a click opens their window.

A bed with a headboard
The craftable bed looked poor: a flat red tile placed as a single block. Now it has a foot, a headboard with pillows, a frame and legs, and it's placed as a pair — headboard toward where you're looking. Break either half and the whole bed goes. And one more little thing people asked for: if there's nothing under the bed, the player respawns on the bed, not in the hole beneath it.
Fire you can see
“You can barely see burning, it's unclear that a creature or a player is on fire; when you're burning, you can't tell from the screen.” The first attempt was rejected just as briefly: “right now it doesn't look good. It has to be beautiful.” The second time the fire was drawn with our own tongues of flame. A burning creature is wrapped in them and glows — at night it lights up the ground around it. And when you're burning yourself, flames lick the bottom corners of the screen without covering your crosshair.

Lava finally became a liquid — before, you could walk across it unharmed. Water puts out a burning mob, and lava burns it. And the tinderbox, which could only light TNT, now lights fire on the ground, campfires and candles. Fire burns out on its own after fifteen seconds and doesn't spread.
Item frames on the wall
“Paintings and frames don't work. You can craft them but you can't place them.” Now a frame hangs on the wall, a right click puts an item in it, a hit takes the item out, a second hit takes the frame down. There's a glowing item frame too. Break the wall — the frame falls along with the item. Paintings aren't here yet, though: they need artwork of their own.
Little things people asked for
- Arrows stack into a single pile: from a kit, from crafting and picked up after a shot.
- Cave stashes no longer wait for five people to be in Anarchy — one is enough.
- Clan points update in the window right away, without rejoining.
- The crosshair ray no longer catches on the empty half of a slab, stair or fence.
- A newcomer gets the “Starter” kit right on first joining Anarchy — instead of a message about it and five stacks of blocks.
- The “People” tab got “Report player” and “Hide player” buttons.
- The chat filter understands all fifteen languages, and the site now opens in all fifteen.
