Plots: your own plot and a big shared world
You have your own patch of land, and around it lies a shared world where people hunt, fish, dig and go down into the Undercroft. Play solo or with friends, for free, right in your browser on PC or phone.
Your own plot
The game starts on your plot, a floating island with a hut. It's your land: dig and build wherever you like, and nobody comes here without you. Hirelings work on your plot: they gather on their own while you're out in the world, and you come back and collect the haul.
The Crossroads and its Bonfire
The portal on your plot leads to the Crossroads, a shared square with shops, a forest, a field, a lake and a quarry. From here, portals lead to the mine, the Homestead and the Undercroft. Every 30 minutes the Hush puts out the Crossroads Bonfire, and everyone nearby defends the fire together for 8 minutes. Rewards go by contribution.
The Ore Chasm mine
Underground stands a miners' town: the Mine King's palace, a smithy and a pick shop. Drifts with burrows branch off the square, there's an Ice Hall, and further down lie the Middle Tier and the gates to the Deep Grottoes. The deeper you go, the more valuable the ore and the more dangerous the enemies.
The Undercroft — solo or in a party
At the Undercroft Threshold, the Tomb Doorkeeper lets you onto floors with rooms, enemies and puzzles, and after the run the Tomb Treasurer opens the loot chests. You can go solo, but a party pays better: up to +50% XP for each player. Nobody to call? Press “Find a party”, and the game will put one together for you.
How Plots differs from other modes
In Plots you progress over the long run: you level up skills, collect gear, make your plot a home and trade with other players. Anarchy is a shared world without rules, and Hive is calm gathering with a swarm of little monsters. You choose the mode when you enter the game.

Is Plots free?
Yes, you can play for free, right in your browser.
Can I play on my phone?
Yes: open play.mypex.net in your phone's browser and choose Plots when you enter.
Can I play solo?
Yes, you can do everything solo. But in the Undercroft a party pays better, and everyone defends the Crossroads Bonfire together.
Can other players break my plot?
No. Nobody comes to your plot without you. You only take a risk where you go yourself: in the mine and in the Undercroft.
